How do I book my wedding date?
We invite you to visit us for a consultation, where you can view our albums and we discuss the requirements for your wedding day in detail. If you are happy with our services and products we take a 50% non-refundable deposit. In return we provide you with a receipt and agreement. From this point, your wedding day is booked with us. We do not take on more than one booking for each date, therefore, we work on a first come basis. The remainder of your balance is payable 2 weeks prior to your wedding day.
Who will photograph our wedding?
Kam Dhiman and Gaurav Kumar are the lead photographers and attend each wedding. We also have a pool of photographers trained by Kam Dhiman who work with us on your wedding day.
Will you stay for the duration if the wedding day over runs?
We will remain with you throughout your functions. Our hourly rates will be outlined in our agreements; however, we are very flexible and reasonable with our clients. We would never leave your wedding day not having finished the day.
Do you offer a pre-wedding shoot?
Yes, we offer a complimentary pre-wedding lifestyle shoot as they are a fantastic icebreaker between us. It allows us to get to know you and vice versa, making your wedding day a lot more enjoyable. We discuss a concept for the shoot making each shoot different, from choosing the location to outfits and props. As you would have seen, we love to think out of the box.
What is your style of photography?
Here at Kam Dhiman Photography, we adapt to every situation based on your requirements, however we shoot with a natural, artistic flair capturing your day from various angles as well as candid photography.
What if you are ill on our wedding day?
Kam Dhiman has attended every wedding to date, however should he be unwell you will be provided a photographer of the same caliber subject to your approval.
Do you require an itinerary?
Yes we require an itinerary so that we are aware of the events taking place on your day and we endeavour to ensure as much as we can that things are go to schedule by liaising with your suppliers on the day.
Are you insured?
Kam Dhiman Photography are fully insured and can provide our insurance certificate if required.
How long does is take for the images to be ready?
We endeavour to supply the images within 8-12 weeks after the wedding. We supply the full resolution images on a USB . We will also update your personal gallery on our website with the low resolution images, which you can view with a username and password. This is a great way of sharing your images with your family and friends but keeping them personal too.
How many images can we have in our album?
The number of images vary from 100-250 based on the number of pages you require in your album and style of the album. Most of our clients choose between 80-120 images per album.
Which albums do you use?
We use a range of high quality suppliers to print our albums; our albums are hand crafted with the choice of various paper qualities and covers to choose from.
How does the album design and process work?
Once we have supplied you with your images, you can select your images for the album. As soon as you have selected your images we arrange for a consultation meeting. Here we will discuss your style of edits and choice of albums. We will create a first draft and supply you with the PDF of your draft. We allow you one round of changes in your album draft. Further changes after this may incur additional costs. Once the changes are made and your album draft is approved the album will sent to print.
